Le Silla offers a sophisticated and seamless return process, allowing you to request a return or exchange for your luxury footwear within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or access the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.

Prepare the Package

Place the shoes in their original Le Silla dust bags and box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Dispatch

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box and schedule a pickup or drop it off at an authorized courier location.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our atelier receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
